Room options
Room options are attributes or preferences that your guests can select when booking.
Example options
- High floor
- Sea view / Garden view
- Baby cot
- Non-smoking room
- Disabled access
Options list
On this page:
- Name and description of each option
- Room types the option applies to
- Price per night (gross / net) and VAT rate
- Activation toggle to make the option available or not

Enable or disable an option
Use the toggle in the “Active” column to make an option available or unavailable to your guests.
A disabled option no longer appears in the booking flow.
Translations
Each option can be translated into the supported languages (FR, EN, ES, DE).
- Click an option in the list
- Edit the name and description for each language
- Click Save
Note: Option prices are set in your PMS (Apaleo) and shown here as read-only. Only the translations and activation can be edited from Hestia Reservation.
