Catalog
Manage the names and descriptions of your entities (properties, rooms, rates, services) in all languages.
Access: Owners only.
Access
Click Catalog in the sidebar.
Organization
The catalog is organized into four tabs:

Use the filter by property at the top right to display only the entities of a specific property.
When you switch tabs with unsaved changes, a confirmation message asks whether you want to continue.
Edit a name or description
Each entity is presented as a card with one field per language.
- Edit the text you want in the relevant field
- The Save button activates as soon as a field is changed
- Click Save to store your changes
Descriptions use a resizable multi-line field.
Read-only mode
If your property uses the PMS translations (Apaleo), the catalog is shown in read-only mode. Names and descriptions are managed directly in the PMS.
To switch to editable mode, ask your administrator to disable the “Use PMS translations” option in the settings.
Automatic translation
The Translate button on each card lets you translate your text automatically into all languages using the DeepL service.
Prerequisite: An active translation subscription. See Translation subscription to enable this feature.
Locked button
If the Translate button shows a padlock, the feature is not available:

Run a translation
- Fill in the name (and the description if applicable) in your source language, which is the language of your interface
- Click Translate
- The service automatically translates the text into all other languages
Review the suggestions
After translation, the card switches to comparison mode:
- Each suggested translation is shown in a clickable row
- Changes to existing fields show the old value (struck through) next to the new one, highlighted in amber
- Fields translated for the first time are marked with a “new” badge on a green background
- Suggestions are all accepted by default
Accept or reject
Each row is a toggle:
- Click a row to switch between accepted (green check) and rejected (grayed out)
- Use Accept all / Reject all at the top of the list to switch every row in one click
- The counter in the header shows “X accepted / Y”
Apply or cancel
- Apply saves only the accepted translations and updates the entity
- Cancel closes comparison mode without changing anything
Rejected translations are never saved. You can run a translation again at any time.
